More about Byleth

The Sync ability known as “Divine Pulse” that Emblem Byleth has grants a chance to strike targets with attacks that would not have succeeded in doing so under normal circumstances.

Byleth’s Emblem weapons are the Heroes’ Relics, which are unique weapons that modify their appearance according on the sort of class the user is using. For instance, “Mystical” troops have access to the Thyrsus staff, which extends the range of their magical assaults by an additional two squares when used.

By using his Engage ability “Instruct,” Emblem Byleth is able to issue a command that, for the duration of one round, raises the stats of teammates that are next to him. The increased value of the boosted stat is determined by the class type of the unit that is now Engaged. When used by a “Dragon” unit, for instance, it provides a three-point increase to each of the seven stats.

The “Goddess Dance” Engage talent that Emblem Byleth has is a potent gambit that, in addition to increasing the stats of up to four nearby friends, lets those allies to move again. When used in conjunction with high mobility units like Fliers, this is an excellent tool for reversing the tide of a crisis in a remote location.

Fire Emblem Engage is scheduled to be released on January 20, 2023 around the globe.
