Grapple Dogs, a 2D action platformer, is coming to Nintendo Switch, according to publisher Super Rare Originals and developer Medallion Games.
The date for the release has been scheduled for February 10th.
A first for Super Rare Originals
One of the first titles in the Super Rare Originals series will be this one. You’ll be able to utilize a grappling hook throughout the game, which involves a lot of leaping, swinging, and zipping, as the name suggests. There are six worlds to explore and 33 stages to go through, each containing hidden trinkets, mysteries, boss encounters, and bonus levels.
About Grapple Dog
You’ll take on the role of Pablo the Grapple Dog, who sets sail with a merry band of heroes to stop the robotic ruler Nul from destroying the earth. It’s described as a “fun journey with loads of interesting characters.”
Other parts of Grapple Dog have been verified, including gem gathering, boating, and dog petting. The game also contains a timed speedrun mode for testing purposes, as well as a number of built-in accessibility choices for unrestricted play.
Grapple Dog will be available as an eShop download for Nintendo Switch.
