In an interview with Eurogamer, Jeff Kaplan, series director of Overwatch, talked about the possibilities for a Nintendo Switch version.
Blizzard has spoken several times about the possibility of Overwatch on the Nintendo Switch. For example, Blizzard said about this possible port one and a half year ago as it should be technically possible for the console.

Jeff Kaplan was able to tell the following in the interview with Eurogamer;
Eurogamer; Have you considered a Nintendo Switch version of Overwatch? Do you think it can work?
Our philosophy has always been that we want to reach as many players as possible with our games. We will examine each platform and see if it is possible; that is, both technically and professionally and I can tell you we would love to do it. However, we currently have nothing to announce about the Nintendo Switch. But we are very open-minded about it.
Again it is not a no and leaves the door open slightly. Blizzard has already shown that Diablo III is possible. It is therefore not surprising to think that Blizzard looks at how the sales of that game go before they will really come with Overwatch.
