Kao the Kangaroo for Nintendo Switch now has a fresh 1.4 update that Tate Multimedia has begun to distribute.
There are a few alterations, enhancements, and problem fixes available. There is now an option for players to reverse the Y-axis, the save system has been improved, performance hiccups have been fixed, and more.
Version 1.4 patch notes
The following are the complete patch notes:
- after conquering Terror, fixes missing scroll
- the audio
- Add a Y-axis option to invert
- Add a save symbol when saving a game and fix the trampoline’s malfunction
- Oldest bug fixes for one battle
- changes to the mechanism for saving. Since Kao’s passing, the quantity of crystals has remained the same.
- After returning to the Main Menu, coins on Hopalloo Island are preserved.
