About Kirby and the Forgotten Land

As the mighty puffball Kirby, go on a brand-new adventure. Explore a mystery land with abandoned buildings from a bygone civilization—like a shopping mall?!—in 3D stages. Use enemy powers, such as the new Drill and Ranger, to fight, explore your environment, and free the abducted Waddle Dees from the fearsome Beast Pack with the enigmatic Elfilin. I hope you’re ready for a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

For all-new, powerful transformations, get a mouthful of real-world things.

Do you have a hunger pang? Mouthful Mode allows Kirby to ingest real-world things and morph! Why grab a single drink from a vending machine when you can drink it all? Then, using your boxy body, fire cans at the evil guys. To get some wheels and bash through barriers, consume an automobile. Soak a seat and take it all in…literally.

In co-op gaming, team up with Bandana Waddle Dee, a pointy companion.

Pass a Joy-Con controller to a friend and have them play as the spear-wielding Bandana Waddle Dee as you explore and fight your way through this vibrant universe. Bandana Waddle Dee can spin and stab with his robust spear, while Kirby can float and inhale foes. Save the Waddle Dees by making friends in this lost land!

As you slice, poke, freeze, and hammer using Kirby’s copy skills, you’ll be able to float over barriers and battle through foes on your path to each stage’s objective. In frenetic boss bouts that will have you dancing across the arena, the tough puff is really put to the test. Choose between two difficulty levels for a light, breezy adventure or a more demanding adventure.

Several friendly Waddle Dees will be in danger on each themed level you pass through! Save them to help the once-deserted Waddle Dee Town, your adventure’s home base, develop. You can unlock stores, leaderboards, and the ability to develop duplicate powers to make them stronger by rescuing Waddle Dees. You’ll be able to play some of the locals’ favorite games as well. Use compatible amiibo accessories or Present Codes to get essential in-game goodies at Waddle Dee-liveries. Find charming trinkets to add to Kirby’s house’s charm at the Gotcha Machine Alley or throughout your quest.

On March 25, 2022, Kirby and the Forgotten Land will be released on Nintendo Switch.
