The first E3 2019 events took place, thanks to an EA Play live stream and a trio of Nintendo tournaments.
FIFA 20 for Nintendo Switch
EA has just made their first official game announcement of the day, and it is coming to the Nintendo Switch. FIFA 20 has been confirmed, but there is a catch.
The Nintendo Switch version of the game will be a “Legacy Edition”. It will release alongside the worldwide launch of the PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4 versions on September 27th.
That means while FIFA 20 on Nintendo Switch will benefit from updated rosters and kits, it will basically be the same game as FIFA 19 and will lack any new gameplay content, such as the aforementioned Volta mode.
Last year’s versions of FIFA 19 on the PS3 and Xbox 360 were also Legacy Editions.
