Disney showed off the LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Galactic Edition at the recent Disney + Marvel Games showcase.
The game is a special version of the existing LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. It includes all of the previously released DLC for the game, as well as a second wave of six new DLC packs that add more playable characters. It will come out on Switch and other platforms on November 1, 2022. People who already own the game’s base version will be able to buy all of the DLC packs in waves (Character Collection Pack 1 and 2) or individually.
Galactic Edition
The Galactic Edition will come with six new packs for the Character Collection 2: Star Wars: Andor, the LEGO Star Wars: Summer Vacation TV Special, Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi, Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett, Star Wars: Rebels, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars. This will add more than thirty new playable characters. Plus, the seven packs from the original Character Collection, including The Mandalorian Season 1, Solo: A Star Wars Story, The Classic Characters, The Trooper Pack, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, The Mandalorian Season 2, and The Bad Batch. When a player buys the game digitally, they can also unlock the playable character Classic Obi-Wan Kenobi, who can’t be bought separately.
You can buy Character Collections 1 and 2 together for $24.99, or you can buy them separately for $14.99 each. There will also be character packs that can be bought separately for $2.99 each.
