A returning character has been announced for Dead Or Alive Xtreme 3: Scarlet. The news was shared by publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Team Ninja.

Leifang is a college student and taiji quan prodigy from the Dead or Alive series, who made her debut in the original Dead or Alive.
Throughout the series, she seeks to fight Jann Lee, who is thought to have saved her life at one stage in her past, to prove herself to him that she too is a strong individual. However, Leifang has lost to Jann Lee in almost every tournament, except the 4th one, where she finally defeated him.
Dead Or Alive Xtreme 3: Scarlet release
Dead Or Alive Xtreme 3: Scarlet is due to be released on both the Nintendo Switch and the PlayStation 4. The latest Dead or Alive Xtreme title arrives in Japan on the 20th of March. There is no word about a Western release at this time.
