As part of the Booster Course Pass Wave 2 DLC, Nintendo is bringing back another set of tracks for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Our friends over at GameXplain has now made a video comparing the graphics of the old tracks and the new ones.
The Turnip Cup has Tour New York Minute, SNES Mario Circuit 3, N64 Kalimari Desert, and DS Waluigi Pinball for those who need a refresher. Tour Sydney Sprint, GBA Snow Land, and Wii Mushroom Gorge are all tracks that are coming back for the Propeller Cup. Sky-High Sundae makes its first appearance in the Propeller Cup, but it will show up in Mario Kart Tour later.

Booster Course Pass
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will have tracks from other games in the series.
The Booster Course Pass for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe adds remastered versions of courses from previous games in the Mario Kart series. In all, 48 courses will be added.
By the end of 2023, the courses will be released in six waves, each of which has eight courses.
Wave 1 came out on March 18, 2022, and includes the following:
- Golden Dash Cup
- Paris Promenade (Mario Kart Tour)
- Toad Circuit (Nintendo 3DS)
- Choco Mountain (Nintendo 64)
- Coconut Mall (Wii)
- Lucky Cat Cup
- Tokyo Blur (Mario Kart Tour)
- Shroom Ridge (Nintendo DS)
- Sky Garden (Game Boy Advance)
- Ninja Hideaway (Mario Kart Tour)
Wave 2 is planned to be released on 04/08/2022 and includes:
- Turnip Cup
- New York Minute (Mario Kart Tour)
- Mario Circuit 3 (Super NES)
- Kalimari Desert (Nintendo 64)
- Waluigi Pinball (Nintendo DS)
- Propeller Cup
- Sydney Sprint (Mario Kart Tour)
- Snow Land (Game Boy Advance)
- Mushroom Gorge (Wii)
- Sky-High Sundae
Waves 3–6 will be released in order, and all of them should be out by December 31, 2023. More information will be given at a later date.
The Booster Course Pass Wave 2 DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe comes out on August 4, 2022.
