We haven’t heard about Mineko’s Night Market in a long time. Even though the project was confirmed for Nintendo Switch in 2018, it still hasn’t come out.
The next year, we did hear that there had been setbacks and delays, and that it was just going to take longer than expected. With a brand new trailer for Gamescom 2022, fans can now see how things have been going.

About Mineko’s Night Market
Mineko’s Night Market is a game that celebrates Japanese culture and tells a heartwarming story about friendship, tradition, and many, many cats.
You play as Mineko, a girl who has just moved to a struggling Japanese-style island at the base of Mount Fugu. She is very curious and wants to learn more about her new home. People who live on the island are superstitious, so they worship Abe, the Sun Cat. Residents of the island have started to see Abe, which has always been thought to be a long-told myth. This has left the town puzzled, because everyone thought it was just a story.
Find out the town’s secrets and help the struggling village get back to how it used to be. Take care of your daily tasks, do different jobs, go on crazy quests, and make strange things to sell at the Night Market every week.
