Monster Hunter Rise & Sunbreak – Version 10.0.3 patch notes

Capcom released Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, a big new addition for Monster Hunter Rise on Nintendo Switch and PC, and have subsequently altered some of the balance modifications, bringing the content-packed game to Version 10.0.3. Here’s what’s new in Capcom’s newest update for Monster Hunter Rise and Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak:

Version 10.0.3 patch notes

  • Bug fixes and balance changes
    • When training your Palico specific Secret Support Moves, a glitch caused their Support Moves to alter arbitrarily.
    • Fixed an issue that prevented a reload rating that had been reduced by two levels from recovering if the Elemental Reload Switch Skill was removed after executing a certain combination of actions with the light bowgun.
    • (Also, we’ve verified an issue in the reload display under Equipment Info, which will be fixed in a future release.)
  • Monsters:
    • Fixed a problem that caused the game to crash while using the insect glaive’s Kinsect Bonus: Boosted Powder Extract on Rakna-Kadaki or Pyre Rakna-Kadaki.
  • Environment and Location
    • Fixed a glitch in the Buddy Scout’s conversation about newly introduced Buddy Skills that was directed at all players rather than only impacted individuals.
    • Quests The health of all creatures and the attack strength of select monsters has been changed for A1 and A2 quests.
    • Base and Facilities Fixed an issue that caused the game to periodically freeze after using the Lottery with an amiibo.
  • Miscellaneous
    • Other minor problem fixes have been implemented.
