It gives another look at the title, which is the first visual novel in a series called “Pixel Pulps” that is based on pulp fiction from the middle of the 20th century and home computer graphics from the 1980s.

Pixel Pulps is a new line of interactive adventures, and Mothmen 1966 is the first one. Pixel Pulps were made by the writer Nico Saraintaris and the artist Fernando Martinez Ruppel. They are a mix of great writing and beautiful illustrations that were inspired by pulp fiction from the middle of the 20th century and home computer graphics from the 1980s. Mothmen 1966, Varney Lake, and Bahnsen Knights are the three games in the first volume.
