Nintendo revealed four major changes coming to New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, a compilation it predecessor and New Super Luigi U.
Changes
First, we have learned that players can now play as any character (Mario, Luigi, Toadette, Nabbit) you want in single player mode. This wasn’t possible in New Super Mario Bros. U as you wherere restricted to playing as Mario.
While you cannot play as any character in New Super Luigi U, players can now choose to play as Mario, not just Luigi. Mario hogging the spotlight again …
Speaking of New Super Luigi U, levels now have a 200 second time limit instead of 100 seconds.
Also new to the Nintendo Switch port is the ability to remap controls at the pause menu.
