We found out just recently that you’ll be able to use the Toy-Con Motorbike from the Nintendo Labo: Variety Kit to control your in-game vehicles in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on the Nintendo Switch.

It’s great news for those of you who own the Labo kit and now the company says more games on the Nintendo Switch will be compatible in the future.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the first game outside of Nintendo Labo software to receive Toy-Con support, and more titles will be compatible with Nintendo Labo in the future.
PS: Sorry for the somewhat harsh sub heading but we are not on the Nintendo Labo hype-train. We have no interest in Nintendo Labo and it all feels way to gimmicky how they are now making populair games adhere to the Nintendo Labo formula.
We love Nintendo for all they do but we also dare to call them out when they are going of into a venture which does not, at least in our beliefs, appeal to the core of Nintendo’s audience, aka gamers.
