In the last six months, the Nintendo Switch received a slew of firmware upgrades, the great majority of which have been minor. There have been a handful of firmware changes in the last month alone, one of which happened only a few weeks ago. Nintendo published a new Nintendo Switch firmware update. The console should be at version 14.1.1 when you download the upgrade.
Stability yay
This is yet another minor revision. In actuality, the patch notes merely state that “wide system stability enhancements to enhance the user’s experience” were made.
