Following the release of the Game Boy/Game Boy Advance emulator leak, fresh data have emerged indicating that more titles for the Nintendo Switch Online’s NES Library may have been planned.
This latest leak is said to come from the same files as the Game Boy/Game Boy Advance emulator, and it’s a build of the Nintendo Switch Online NES Collection from October 2019. Unlike the current version, this previous build mentions a number of titles that are still not available on the site, including many Mega Man and Castlevania games, as well as Pac-Man, Galaga, Tetris, and others:

It seems that these unpublished games are slated to be released for the Switch Online service at some point in the future, however it’s also conceivable that this is a list of titles Nintendo hoped to add but were unable to get. So keep in mind this mind not happen, or at least unless Nintendo confirms it sometime down the road.
