Overcooked! All You Can Eat – version 1.1 patch notes

Overcooked! All You Can Eat  just got a new update, version 1.1. on Nintendo Switch. One new piece of content with a Mermaid Chef skin has been added. Aside from that, the game has made a lot of fixes and made one particular situation more stable.

Version 1.1, patch notes

  • A new skin for Mermaid Chef!
    • With a brand-new mermaid chef skin, you can have fun in the sun.
  • General Fixes
    • Fixed a few graphic problems that came up while playing on some levels.
    • When searching for Arcade lobbies in Co-op or Versus, the countdown timer would show the wrong time at first.
    • Players couldn’t skip dialogue if the host changed in the middle of a cutscene. This has been fixed.
    • Fixed a bug that caused the left portal on 1-2 to stop working when a player disconnected from an online game while entering it.
  • Several small fixes and improvements for bugs.
    • In Cosmic Canteen Versus, a bug was fixed that could cause both chefs to get stuck.
    • When looking for a party in an online Co-op public lobby, players can no longer end up in a group with no one in it and no timer.
    • Fixed a bug that made it so clients couldn’t see the host’s level score if it was earned outside of the current session.
    • There was a bug where the Chop/Throw input key would stop working if it was used while dashing. This has been fixed.
  • Stability
    • When a host was hosting an Arcade Lobby and the network went down, they would get softlocked.

Multiple Modes!

Campaign, Survival, and Practice modes are available, and a new mode called “Assist” is also available. Assist mode has a number of ways to make the game less hectic, such as slowing down the time it takes to make a recipe, making round times longer, and letting you skip levels.

Overcooked! All You Can Eat has features that let as many people as possible join the food craze! Text options that are easy for people with dyslexia to read are also available.
