According to Koei Tecmo’s recent financial report, the company is now planning an ‘overseas’ localization of the Persona 5 Scramble.
The company did not divulge further information besides this though.

Up until now, both Atlus and Koei Tecmo stayed quiet about the possibility of bringing the game to English-speakers – although a recent Atlus survey did ask fans if they would like to see it get a western release.
