Yacht Club Games have shared some disappointing news for Shovel Knight fans. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove physical edition, the upcoming update, and the amiibo three-pack have suffered a slight delay.

It was all meant to come together on the 9th of April but the company now says it has been delayed for several months. The reason for the delay is that Yacht Club Games wanted to make sure that everything can be released “for a polished and complete finale”.
The amiibo were delayed because the update providing amiibo support is connected to the upcoming Shovel Knight: King of Cards campaign.
Yacht Club Games will announce a date when they feel confident they can deliver on it.
