SEGA and Blind Squirrel Games recently released Sonic Colors Ultimate. But the title is coming under fire from early purchasers especially those who bought the Nintendo Switch version.
Countless bugs, glitches and even possibly epilepsy inducing screen bugs have been shared on social media by customers. But that’s not all.
The game has been built using the free open source Godot Engine and one of the terms of using it is crediting the use of the engine. But developer Blind Squirrel Games haven’t done so on the lengthy end game credits.
Action is being taken though
Blind Squirrel Games have responded to this and have said they “this was somehow missed” but they promise to patch them into the game credits in a forthcoming patch. Better late than never we guess.
We are very sorry about this oversight and are committed to properly crediting all technology that we use. Despite the credits being reviewed multiple times, this was somehow missed. An upcoming patch will be released shortly to correct this issue.

But in short … we would advise to wait a bit in getting this title for your Nintendo Switch. It has too much things going wrong for it at this time.
