Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic received a substantial update, with version 1.0.2 being released which includes cheats and much more.
Cheats may be accessible by clicking three times on the left joystick. These include the option to add any feat, power, or skill, as well as the ability to add 1000, 5000, or 10000 experience points, as well as the ability to enable Turbo Speed, create an item, spawn a cheat bot, toggle screenshot mode, and toggle the flying camera.

- The fight message box has been reduced in size.
- On Taris, a problem happened while trying to unlock a lockbox in Spanish.
- A problem with erroneous button icons appearing in certain instructional questions has been fixed.
- Fixed an issue where some NPC voice lines were missing from the game.
- The lightsaber icons for the Heart of the Guardian and the Mantle of the Force crystals were not matching the blade colors, which was fixed.
- The colors for the complete alignment icons were switched, which was fixed.
- Localizations in Japanese have been added.
- The game now includes a lot of cheats (these can be accessed by clicking in the left joystick three times).
