Nintendo‘s latest financial briefing also included some news for indie games. According to Nintendo, the Nintendo Switch eShop is now home to over 600 titles “by of the end of March 2018”.
600 titles say whut?
So we have 600 titles available in the Nintendo Switch eShop. Take a second to really absorb that number in. 600 within 1 year. Sure not every title is a as good as the other but still. 600 potential options for a Nintendo console in 1 year is outright amazing to say the least.
Some highlights
We also learned that Stardew Valley is nearing 1 million in sales worldwide. Overcooked: Special Edition, which was released last summer, has sold a bit over 0.5 million.
Nintendo is doing great in all kinds of regards really, whether it being hardware, software etc. Keep it up keep it up!
