It looks like Germany’s gamers are really enjoying the crazy antics of Nintendo’s latest party hit; Super Mario Party.

The German Games Industry Association has conferred Super Mario Party with a gold sales award for selling over 100,000 copies.
The Nintendo Switch game now shares a spot with other sales award winners – such as Red Dead Redemption 2 (over 500,000 copies) and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey (over 200,000 copies).
It is kind of interesting to see Nintendo’s family-friendly Super Mario Party image popping up besides the definitely more mature titles. But all is fair in war and parties right?
