Masahiro Sakurai announced on Twitter that development of the Super Smash Bros Ultimate Fighter Pass 2 is now happening remotely.
I am now working remotely.
Essentially, I’m supervising the project from a distance.
Ultimate is a very high-security project, which makes it difficult to take it out (and work). However, we have no choice, but to do it.

With a lockdown now happening in certain regions in Japan it was inevitable that this would happen. Mr. Sakurai will continue to supervise the project. Let’s all wish the development team the best.
