Nintendo has already released an update for those who have pre-loaded Super Smash Bros. Ultimate from the Nintendo eShop.
Version 1.1
Version 1.1.0 update requires 400MB of space. No official word on what is changed yet, but we’ll let you know when the patch notes are out. But we presume it comes in some flavours; game balancing, piracy protection and general fixes.
Either way if you are going physical with the release of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate be sure to download the update when you start. You might even be prompted to do so by the game itself.
