Nintendo released a version 6.1.1 update for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate on January 8, 2020.
The update adds support for the Richter and Dark Samus amiibo, both of these amiibo will arrive instore on 17th January and can be pre-ordered right now

Keep in mind
As usual, you’ll need to update to the latest version in order to play online.
Replays created while the game was version 6.1.0 are compatible with 6.1.1, but those created on version 6.0.0 and before are not compatible, so make sure you convert them into videos before updating.
