Nintendo launched a new firmware update for their Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite systems. If connected to the internet, update 13.1.0 should be available
You can download it from the systems setting menu.
The update adds the ability to subscribe to the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, which allows access to N64 and Sega Genesis games, as well as the Animal Crossing Happy Home Paradise Expansion when it launches next month on the 5th of November.

A small heads up, you can download both the Nintendo 64 and Sega Genesis apps in EU/US and JAP to get all the possible versions of the games available. (Personally I already like doing that for the boxarts).
