Nintendo announced the upcoming Maximus Cup tournament for Tetris 99 a few weeks ago, and we now have a new teaser with a sample of the theme song.
By clearing the event criteria in Tetris 99’s 28th Maximus Cup, players will be able to obtain a unique theme based on Pokemon Legends Arceus. It will start this weekend, on the 21st of January 2022, and will go through the 25th of January 2022.
Members of Nintendo Switch Online may participate for free, and all they have to do is play the game normally to earn enough points to unlock it.
