Earlier Dr Kawashima’s Brain Training for Nintendo Switch launched in Japan – prompting players to play around and discover that they could spin his head around on the title screen.
It kinda seems it can do more than just that.

Several fans are now discovering that there’s a limit to how much you can spin Dr. Kawashima’s floating head on the title screen. After the character is spun around fast enough, he will shoot off into the distance with a bang!
Don’t worry, fortunately, he returns a few seconds later – no worse for wear:
