ININ Games teased Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World – the next entry of the long-running Wonder Boy/Monster World series.
Well, we now have our first look at the title in action!
The publisher released a debut trailer for the game – showcasing our first look at its gameplay and reworked 3D visuals. The game will be a remake of the original Monster World IV, with the trailer showing some comparisons from the original release as well.

Yeah let’s go and be frank;
The 1994 version looks better to me when you see it side by side. The 2.5D just looks wrong and out of place to me personally. And keep in mind I was excited when I saw the official artwork. But for now I’m on the fence when it comes to purchasing it. Also the sound design seems … well not great yet.
Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World will be hitting Nintendo Switch and other platforms in early 2021 worldwide.
