Atari, Adamvision Studios, and SneakyBox have established Yars: Recharged’s ultimate release date. The revamped edition of the iconic video game will be released on Nintendo Switch on August 23, 2022.
Yars: Recharged was recently revealed. As part of the unveiling, just a hazy release timeframe for 2022 was provided.

Yars: Recharged thrusts players into the midst of an audacious assault on the opposing homeworld, which is defended by mechanical hives that pulse lethal weapons and unleash swarms of spinning missiles.
Find safe havens under the barrage of incoming fire, and then launch daring attacks against the enemy’s fortifications.
Gather enough energy by breaking opposing shields to fuel the colossally deadly Zorlon cannon, then unleash its pulsating, scalding cosmic energy blasts to obliterate foes.
Yars: Recharged requires players to be very aware of visual and audible signals that foreshadow approaching peril and to master the game’s flying controls in order to traverse more difficult levels.
Yars: Recharged will be available digitally through the Switch eShop. The price is fixed at $9.99.
