The developers of Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana, Falcom, have released a brand new video for the game, which gives viewers their first glimpse at gameplay from the upcoming title.
The original Ys: The Oath in Felghana was a remake of Ys III: Wanderers of Ys, and Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana is an HD remaster of that original game. This updated edition includes a number of enhancements, such as high-definition (HD) graphics, newly spoken sequences, several difficulty settings, and more.

Story
Adol and Dogi as they show up unexpectedly at Redmont, Dogi’s hometown, which is located in the country of Felghana. It is immediately obvious that a significant number of things have altered significantly in the time that has passed since Dogi departed. The outskirts of the town are overrun by hordes of vicious creatures, a volcano that had been inactive for a long time has all of a sudden started erupting, and the new king of the land has begun levying significant taxes on the local populace. As Adol and Dogi begin their investigation into the causes of Felghana’s recent difficulties, each piece of evidence they uncover brings them closer to the unsettling realization that these occurrences are all connected in some way, and that they are the only ones who have a chance of rescuing Felghana.
