Falcom is celebrating as it has been announced that total sales of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita, have topped 500,000 worldwide.
To celebrate this achievement the company has announced a “Christmas Gift Package” edition of the game for PlayStation 4 in Japan. This will arrive on the 20th of December for 4,800 yen.
About the Christmas Gift Package
This special edition of the game will include two message cards with a product code to download an original PlayStation 4 theme with Christmas-style arranged background music and an avatar set. One message card is meant to be used for yourself, while the other is meant to be given to a friend as a gift for the Christmas season.
Well it sucks it is only coming to the Playstation 4 but still good to see that also the Nintendo Switch version of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of Dana has been doing well. Sadly no exact numbers where mentioned.
