It’s been 2 years since the release of the Nintendo Switch, it looks like Nintendo hasn’t completely forgotten about what came before it.
Version 5.5.4
The Wii U just received an unexpected update to version 5.5.4 today. Of course, the update doesn’t do anything special on the surface, with its patch notes being as follows:
- Further improvements to overall system stability and other minor adjustments have been made to enhance the user experience.
The more bizarre part about this is that Nintendo still supports the Wii U at all! And we do mean that as a good thing though. Wii U fans can rest assured that their favorite console is now more stable than ever before.
