Recently Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl was released and was perceived like a Super Smash Bros clone by many. Now it seems another media giant is planning their own take on a Super Smash Bros.-style crossovers.
A post on Gaming Leaks subreddi has been corroborated by industry insiders such as Jeff Grubb. According to the rumor, Warner Bros is working on a “tag-team” platform fighting game similar to a mix between Marvel vs Capcom en Super Smash Bros.
First possible characters
Currently the following characters are suspected to be in the roster:
- Shaggy (Scooby Doo)
- Gandalf (Lord of the Rings)
- Tom & Jerry
- Batman
- Fred Flintstone
- Mad Max
- Johnny Bravo
Seeing the lies of Shaggy, Batman, and Gandalf duking it out in the same game will certainly be a sight to behold. But untill we see any proof … let’s keep it at , this is just a rumor.
