Nintendo Direct next week? Advance Wars releasing soon?

There are many different rumors circulating around Nintendo at the moment, so there is a lot of smoke surrounding the company right now. However, the most common conjecture involves the possibility of a Nintendo Direct and the release of Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp.

Multiple signals point to a Nintendo Direct soon

Jeff Grubb, who works for Giant Bomb, speculates that a fresh presentation might run during the week of February 6 for the Nintendo Direct. During the podcast, “The Last of the Nintendogs,” he shared his thoughts as follows:

Everything I’ve been told, and much of it is just restating what I already know, points to the week of February 6 as the most likely time. Every single piece of information that I’ve been given points to the fact that we should start hearing about all of these things one week from now. This is something that I’ve been told over and over and over again.

“I think it’s probably late in the week, so if February 6 comes around and we don’t hear about it and people are going to freak out like there’s nothing happening, first of all I’m not guaranteeing it for that week; I’m just saying that’s what everything is sort of pointing to right now.” “I think it’s probably late in the week, so if February 6 comes around and we don’t hear about it and people are going to freak out like there’s nothing

“That shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise to anybody since they traditionally have one in February or March at the very least. I believe that it is going to happen, I believe that it is going to happen relatively soon, and I wouldn’t be astonished if all of these signs are precisely true, particularly with that thing breaking loose with Advance Wars 1+2.”

A person on Twitter by the name of EmberOnCulture has said that a Nintendo Direct is “imminent,” and this has been cited by several. This individual does not seem to have much of a track record with games, but it would appear that they have been responsible for a lot of successful leaks of Marvel films.

Moving on to Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp

A Walmart employee who posts on Reddit says his store recently received three new cardboard displays for its gaming section. One of the displays features a game for the Nintendo Switch with the words “available now” and documents stating to put it up on February 10; the other two displays feature games for other platforms. The retailer was also provided with an additional Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom display, which included the game’s release date. The most important thing to take away from this is the possibility that Advance Wars 1+2: Re-Boot Camp may finally be released very soon following its most recent protracted delay.

Again, there is a lot of conjecture that is circulating, but it is always necessary to take these unconfirmed stories with a grain of salt since they are not definitive or confirmed (yet) by Nintendo.
