Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet – Leaked information

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet – Leaked information

There have been leaks of information about Pokemon games before they came out before, and it’s possible that the same thing is happening with Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet.

Even though the titles aren’t coming out for a few more months, there have been rumors about them over the past few days.

The information seems to have come from a Chinese leaker, and Twitter sites like CentroLeaks and Pkmnleak have been collecting it. The tidbits talk about new Pokemon, which ones are coming back and which ones aren’t, the Pokedex, a new trick, and more.

A list of every rumored Pokemon leaks;

  • Wooper gets a regional form like Poison It changes into a completely different Pokemon, not Quagsire.
  • Eevee hasn’t changed in a new way.
  • Joltik, Milotic, Wailord, Metagross, Jynx, and Golurk aren’t in the game.
  • Pokemon will go back in time, but the player won’t.
  • There are 3 cities and 9 towns in the area
  • There are 300–500 Pokemon in the Regional Dex; supposedly, there are more than 400.
  • Garchomp is playing.
  • DLC planned
  • Mega Evolutions aren’t coming back
  • Durnsparce has reached a new level.
  • There is a new Pokemon Dolphin.
  • Murkrow has changed in a new way.
  • Fuecoco final evolution still an alligator
  • There are no new fossil Pokemon
  • Flamingo type Pokemon
  • Not every Pokemon from Hawaii is in the game.
  • The trick doesn’t have anything to do with Pokemon getting a new type.
  • There are extra things to do in the game.
  • Teddiursa, Komala, Rotom, Goodra, and Sunflora are in.
  • Woobat is not playing.
  • There is a group of four famous people.
  • The new trick can be used by all Pokemon.
  • Ho-Oh and Lugia are not in
  • When asked what gender the Champion was, the leaker said both male and female (so maybe version exclusive champions)
  • Dunsparece evo does not fly
  • Aipom and Toucannon are not in
  • Mischievous is in. There’s no new form of Dodrio.
  • Koraidon/Miraidon do not have 5 forms
  • Furfrou and Minior aren’t playing.
  • Skwovet is playing.
  • Houndour line is playing.
  • Weezing is playing.
  • Only Generation 9 starters are in the game (at least in the main adventure)
  • It hasn’t been said for sure, but Wigglytuff may get a regional form.
  • The new trick is that you can give any Pokemon a crystalized look by using a new item in the shape of a ball that Nemona gives you.
  • A Gen 5 Pokemon evolves in a new way
  • In Gen 9, Amoonguss and Wigglytuff will be introduced as a new type of Pokémon. They are not regional forms or evolutions, but rather a new idea.
  • The crystallization trick seems to boost types, so it’s like getting an extra STAB. For example, you can boost Pikachu’s fire type (but it won’t get any new weaknesses).
  • Gyms can be done in any order, but you can’t scale them.
  • To see the ending, you have to finish “3 routes/quests.” These are not the past, present, or future, so we don’t know what they are.
  • You can fight gym leaders again
  • Lechonk’s evolution is different for men and women.
  • Mimikyu and Magikarp are in, but not Applin
  • Choices that aren’t hard
  • Elite 4 has returned
  • The game has lessons, tests, and interviews.
  • There seems to be a hammer Pokemon, or at least one that uses a hammer.
  • Tauros has a new form for a certain area
  • Shiny items from Overworld are “probably” back.
  • Trainers can’t be changed as much, and all of the clothes are school uniforms.
  • A new Pokemon with a look like Dugtrio
  • The main game took the leaker about 60 hours, even though they say they are not very good.
  • One of the Elite 4 is a child.
  • There’s something called a “bonding quest” that fans of Eevee will enjoy.
  • The main story doesn’t have any cameos from old characters.
  • The ancient forms are not just forms; they are different Pokemon with different Pokedex numbers and names.
  • The game has both the real Pokemon and the fake/old versions.
  • Not every fossil Pokemon is coming back.
  • This game doesn’t have a bike; you ride Koraidon or Miraidon instead.
  • When you’re on a horse, you move very quickly and can still catch and fight Pokemon.
  • They can also be used to climb, swim, and fly.
  • You can’t fish in this game.
  • There is a new auction house where you can buy things, but not sell them. Other NPCs also take part.

There have also been some blurry images. Keeping in mind that none of these pictures have been proven to be real yet, we won’t be sharing them.

On November 18, 2022, Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet will be available for Nintendo Switch.
