Capcom’s latest financial year results are in and, Monster Hunter Rise was specifically mentioned as a key for the company’s success.
Capcom announced that the company achieved its fourth consecutive year of record-high profit, with Monster Hunter Rise having “delivered strong sales of over 4 million units shipped worldwide following its release in March 2021”.

On that note, Monster Hunter Rise surpassed six million copies sold just 2 weeks ago, and will likely continue to increase in the foreseeable future.
Moreover, the upcoming Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, which will also be released on the Nintendo Switch, is likely to drive profits for Capcom even further.
