Most likely, you already know about the investigation report that Kotaku put out. The report was about how female game testers at Nintendo of America and the companies that worked with them had to deal with sexism, sexual harassment, and other things.
Bowser is investigating
Doug Bowser, the president of Nintendo of America, has sent an email to all employees about the situation. In it, Bowser says he is aware of “media coverage involving claims about worker behavior” and says, “We have strict policies to protect our employees and associates from inappropriate behavior, and we expect everyone who works for or with us to follow these policies in full.” We have and always will look into any claims we hear about, and we are doing just that with these most recent ones.
Bowser also told employees to contact “your HR Business Partner” if they “experience, have experienced, witness, or have witnessed anything about this kind of behavior that goes against our Standards of Conduct, employee handbook, or Company Values.”
