The Embracer Group, which has recently grown into a powerful company, confirmed that its purchase of Crystal Dynamics, Eidos-Montreal, Square Enix Montreal, and more than 50 back-catalog games from Square Enix has been completed and that the deal has gone through. The Embracer Group now owns a large number of big legacy gaming IPs, such as the Tomb Raider series, Deus Ex, Thief, Legacy of Kain, and many more. At the moment, the company owns or controls 850 franchises and has 120 internal studios for making games.
