Nintendo Live 2019 was at risk of being fully cancelled due to a powerful typhoon approaching Japan.
Since then, Nintendo has posted an update on the status of the event. It has been confirmed that in light of the typhoon’s approach, the start time of the event’s first day will be delayed by two hours from 9AM JST to 11AM JST.

However, day 2 of the event will proceed as per normal.
