Nintendo has said that Nintendo Live 2022 will take place in Japan over a two-day weekend in the fall of this year.
Since 2019, the event hasn’t taken place. But Nintendo has decided to bring it back, with some safety precautions.
About Nintendo Live 2022
Because of the coronavirus pandemic, the people who will go will be picked by chance. Nintendo is also asking fans to do things like wear masks and be careful.
Fans can look forward to tournaments, games they can play, and even musical performances at the event itself. Both days will have tournaments for Splatoon 3 and Super Smash Bros. Tournament. Nintendo Switch Sports will also have a tournament on the second day. The games chosen for the concerts are Splatoon 3 and Animal Crossing: New HorizonsÂ
There will also be stage events, like a session where the comedy duo Yoiko will play Nintendo Switch Sports and another where some of the best Mario Kart 8 Deluxe players will compete. Last, people who play certain games will have the chance to win prizes.
