Nintendo has gone to war when it comes to YouTube, removing hundreds of unlicensed videos using its music, much to the chagrin of fans.
But they are giving us something bakck The Pokémon DP Sound Library website has been announced by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company, and it has all of the music from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl for Nintendo DS, which you can both listen to and download for personal video and audio production.

The 149 music tracks and sound effects from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl have a rather extensive Guidelines page that explains what you can and can’t do with them. To put it another way, you are not permitted to utilize any of these music samples for commercial purposes (even if you intend to charitably donate the proceeds). You’re going to have a difficult time if you expect to make any money from this endeavor.
