Reggie Fils-Aime, former President of Nintendo of America, gave a lecture called “Seven Principles for Next Generation Leaders” at Cornell recently.
Reggie has been sharing clips of his lecture. Each of the clip focuses on one principle that he discussed it seems.

The second Principle is that leaders develop individuals and teams. The skills for developing others are challenging and complex. Time to teach
Reggie graduated from Cornell University in 1983, and his new role will see him delivering lectures and meeting with the university’s community, helping teach students about “leadership, conscious capitalism, and service”.
Reggie Fils-Aimé is heading back to his old university to become their first Leader in Residence.
