Reggie Fils-Aimé, the former president of Nintendo of America, said last year that he will be publishing “Disrupting the Game: From the Bronx to the Top of Nintendo,” a new book on his career.
The book is now available for pre-order at all major outlets, including Amazon. It’ll be published on May 3rd, 2022, with a spiffy new cover that Reggie revealed on Twitter:

About Disrupting the Game: From the Bronx to the Top of Nintendo
Reggie Fils-Aimé is an award-winning inventor and disruptor who was instrumental in the development of the Nintendo DS, Wii, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch. He joined Nintendo of America Inc. as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing in December 2003. He was elevated to President and Chief Operating Officer in May 2006. In October 2019, he was admitted into the International Videogame Hall of Fame, and in January 2020, he earned the New York Video Game Critics Circle’s annual Legend Award.
Reggie was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at VH1 before joining Nintendo. He orchestrated VH1’s redirection to youthful audiences, which resulted in a 30 percent increase in overall ratings, and he designed and implemented the marketing strategies for The Concert for New York City, which collected more than $35 million for disaster assistance in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks.
He has devoted his time since retirement to mentoring the next generation of business executives. He was selected Dyson Undergraduate Business School Leader in Residence at Cornell University in August 2019. Brentwood Growth Partners was formed by him to assist young firms in scaling and enabling executives to build world-class cultures.
