SEGA has scheduled a live webcast for next week titled “New Project Announcement.” The broadcast will take place on June 3rd, 2022, at 8pm JST
It will be hosted by Misuzu Araki and Executive Manager Hiroyuki Miyazaki. At the time of writing, it is unknown what will be disclosed, and SEGA has only said the following regarding the presentation: While you may have a feeling of déjà vu with the speakers, please stay tuned for the announcement.
What to actually expect?
The presenters are the same as in the September 2019 Genesis / Mega Drive Mini live stream, and M2, who ported the titles playable on the mini system, retweeted the live stream announcement. So might we be in for a new mini console?
