Warned Collectors, a company established last year, originally intended to launch their first Nintendo Switch physical releases, Pankapu and Dungeon Rushers, on April 17 and May 8, 2019 respectively.
And they were planning to release Zombie Night Terror on June 5, 2019:
Warned Collectors has not shipped any of the three games mentioned above. In fact, according to this email sent in May 2019, they claimed Pankapu went into production in May 2019, one month after its initial release date:

Seeming fishy
Now many customers who have pre-ordered these games from Warned Collectors are trying to get their money back, but the company has gone silent since their last update on May 30. Since that day, requests for refunds went unanswered.
