This time, the scandal involved Final Fantasy VII: The First Soldier, which is another smartphone game published by Square Enix, Yuji Naka’s former employer. Specifically, Yuji Naka is accused of utilizing insider information to acquire shares in the game’s developer ATeam for a total value of 144.7 million yen before to the game’s formal launch on the market for the general public.
