Limited Run Games announced that the Switch version of A Boy and His Blob will have a physical release.
There will be two versions: basic and Deluxe. The Deluxe Edition includes a physical copy of the game, a soundtrack, an 18′′ x 24′′ reversible poster, and a dust jacket.
About A Boy and His Blob
When the terrible Emperor imposed tyranny on the planet of Blobolonia, one courageous blob managed to depart in quest of aid. After crash landing on Earth, the blob encounters an unexpected hero in the form of a little child. They must all work together to return to Blobolonia and destroy the terrible Emperor. This duo of heroes has nothing but the power of friendship and a bag full of jelly beans that can turn the blob into entertaining and varied equipment to take you on an incredible trip.
The reworking of David Crane’s NES classic by WayForward is a side-scrolling puzzle platformer enjoyed by both children and adults. Players control a little child as he navigates the environment, defeats opponents, and solves puzzles with the help of a friendly blob and a few jelly beans.
