Alan Wake Remastered – Performance improved with latest update

Alan Wake Remastered – Performance improved with latest update

Those who have already bought Alan Wake Remastered for Nintendo Switch are now able to download a new update that was just issued by Remedy and is available for the game. The current version of the game should be 1.0.1 at this point.

As a result of the update’s relative simplicity, there are no patch notes to publish. It “improves overall framerate and performance,” according to an official tweet, “particularly when the game is played in docked mode.”

At the time, the announcement of Alan Wake Remastered on Switch was an exciting one; yet, the launch of the game did not exactly go well. Individuals who participated in the game saw that there was a problem with the performance. Despite having a goal of 30 frames per second, there were noticeable decreases in quality throughout the game, making it anything from smooth. While playing docked, the issues were more noticeable than usual.

We are expecting that the frame rate problems that have been plaguing the game have been resolved now that the Alan Wake Remastered update has been released. We’ll keep you updated if any new information emerges on the situation.
